Privacy Notice
Updated September 2026
Fourth & Foreplay uses account and league information to provide private fantasy leagues across your devices. League names, manager and team names, rosters, lineups, scoring history, preferences, uploaded logos, and product-usage events may be stored to operate and improve the service.
Notifications and sports data
Optional notifications require notification registration. The app also retrieves fantasy-football data from third-party sports-data services. Do not upload sensitive personal information as a team or league logo.
Advertising and consent
Advertising is not active yet. If advertising is enabled for the public beta, this notice will be updated before live ad technology is loaded, including any required choices about advertising cookies or identifiers.
Before advertising is activated, Fourth & Foreplay will implement consent choices required for applicable regions. Advertising partners may then use cookies, device information, or similar technologies only as disclosed through those choices and this notice.
Your league data
You can unlink an account or forget a device from Settings without deleting the underlying league. Commissioner backups may contain private league information and should be kept private.
